All of the hardware inside for the drawers have been replaced so all of the drawers open and close very easily. There are still some nicks and scratches that were not sanded out, but the overall appearance of this piece is very good. There is a piece of the decorative molding on one arm of the mirror is partially gone. This piece measures 41 5/8 inches wide X 20 5/8 inches deep. The dresser stands 34 3/8 inches tall, total heighth with mirror is 68 inches. This piece is being offered for local pick up only.
