I called to complain and overstock.com was so accommodating that they sent me out new ones and let me keep the old stools too. I have 3 stools and one has some of the red powder coat missing from the edge of the seat its a very small spot. Another has the red coat missing from the back rest, and the last one just isn\'t molded smoothly on the back rest. They are brand new chairs and never have been used, I paid $100/stool and I\'m selling them for half of that $50/stool. If interested you will need to come pick them up.
