6. 7. GarageSaleHomePage.com HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THE GarageSaleHomePage.com MARKS, AND THE CONTENT ON GarageSaleHomePage.com'S WEB SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL GarageSaleHomePage.com BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF GarageSaleHomePage.com HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES.

8. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and GarageSaleHomePage.com with respect to the limited license of the GarageSaleHomePage.com button(s) and may not be modified except by a writing signed by both parties.
