These are a satin fabric with fringe. I have taken them down off the window and put into a box, so they are wrinkled.
They are only 2 years old and in mint condition. Can hang from any kind of plain rod. Each swag measures 37\" accross top, 23\" deep and the trim is 2 1\'2\" deep. The trim measurement is included in the 23\" depth.
There are 7 swags in all and am selling them all together as a set. Each swag cost $65 each, but am selling all 7 for $75.

I also have 4 sheer panels that are cream in color. 2 of them are 63\" length and 2 are 84\" lenth. Will sell each set for $15 each.
All of this is a complete set for 2 large picture windows or could be broken up for bedroom, den, office, etc. windows.
