We\'ve just bought a home built in 1910 - and the previous elderly owners had lived there 40 years! This washer was left in the basement and likely was the wife\'s first washer. It seems in good condition except it needs a good cleaning and there are rust/dirt spots on the legs. It is electric - I don\'t know if that\'s original or if it was updated at one time. At this time it doesn\'t work and we don\'t know if it\'s repairable. It is to be sold as is. We definitely need it picked up as we are approaching that \"elderly\" mark ourselves! But we might be able to help somewhat. There is a nice, wide cellar door opening with shallow steps so it won\'t be hard to get it out of the basement.
