<br>This pop up needs some tlc. The canvas is salvageable. The roof needs to be sealed. and 2 counter tops need replaced. 1 Pulley needs to be fixed the other 3 raise fine. It has a roof top AC that works and the heater works The beds pull out easily and the mattresses are in excellent condition. the stove and sink work.. lighting worked last summer. The tow lights work.. Ive replaced the back side board on roof and sealed the back side of roof
