My guess is 60\'s or 70\'s. Plug/cord would need to be replaced for safety reasons. On/Off switch works loosely. Picture is not cracked or damaged. I love this little picture and I know you will too. The colors are truly much more vibrant than picture shows as it was lit at the time. Backing is present and original. Item is approximately 7\" tall by 6 3/4\" wide. Price does not include s/h.
